Electric control cabinet cooling fan

Electric control cabinet cooling fan

  • product description

Electrical control cabinets are a common type of equipment used in electronic equipment to control the work of electrical equipment, which is widely used. However, electrical control cabinets generate a lot of heat during operation and hence, fans are an important facility for dissipating heat inside the control cabinet. When the control cabinet is in operation, the fan extracts air and removes air internally in order to remove heat from the control cabinet. When the temperature is found to be too high, the fan will also start automatically in order to dissipate the heat in time. In addition, the air volume and air pressure of the fan are set according to the actual demand of the electrical control cabinet, which can effectively improve the heat dissipation effect, guarantee the stable operation of the equipment and extend its service life. According to the type of fan, the fan can be divided into two types: blowing type and extracting type. The blowing type fan usually blows air out from inside the control cabinet to take away the heat, while the extracting type fan draws air in from outside the control cabinet to achieve the effect of heat dissipation. In addition, the fan inside the control cabinet will gradually deteriorate with the increase in service life, therefore, the fan needs to be replaced periodically to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

  • Benefits of Axial Fans

Axial fan is a kind of equipment that relies on rotating fan blades to convert gas into airflow, which has the characteristics of simple structure, high efficiency, stable operation, etc. It is widely used in the fields of food processing, industrial production and ventilation equipment. This article will introduce the advantages of axial fan in detail.First of all, the air volume of the axial fan is large. The design of the blades of an axial fan makes the air flow in the direction of the radius of the blades, which generates a larger air volume. This makes the axial fan perform well in ventilation and air circulation, and can meet the needs of different working conditions, such as explosion-proof working conditions, corrosion-proof working conditions, high-temperature-resistant working c...

  • Difference between DC and AC fans

DC fans and AC fans are two different types of fans that differ in their use, construction, and principle of operation.A DC fan is powered by a DC power supply and its principle of operation is to rotate by the suction force generated by the conductor current. It contains magnets and PCB boards in its construction, so in terms of price, DC fans of the same grade are more expensive than AC fans. DC fans have higher airflow stability and are suitable for devices that require constant airflow, such as computers and household appliances.AC fans, on the other hand, rotate by switching the magnetic field generated by the silicon steel sheet. Compared to DC fans, AC fans are relatively simple to construct, have no magnets, and their airflow stability is limited by the frequency of the power suppl...
