  • product description

Control cabinet cooling fans are cooling devices that run in cabinets used to control and manage power systems. They use the principle of air flow, the cabinet electrical components emitted heat away, to maintain the normal operation of the cabinet equipment and extend its service life.

Control cabinet cooling fan in accordance with its operating principle, usually divided into air volume fan, air pressure fan and balanced fan. Air volume fan is mainly used to blow cold air into the cabinet to dissipate heat; air pressure fan is mainly used to extract hot air from the cabinet to reduce the temperature inside the cabinet; balanced fan is a combination of blowing and pumping, according to the working requirements of the equipment and the environmental conditions of the exhaust or suction.

When choosing a control cabinet cooling fan, the following factors need to be considered:

1. air volume and air pressure: according to the heat generation and heat dissipation needs of the equipment, choose the appropriate air volume and air pressure.

2. Noise: Choose a low-noise cooling fan to avoid interference with the surrounding environment.

3. Lifespan and reliability: Choose cooling fans with long lifespan and high reliability to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

4. Protection level: Select cooling fans with high protection level to prevent dust and water from entering the cabinet.

5. Size and installation: Select the appropriate cooling fan according to the size and installation position of the cabinet.

6. Intelligent control: Select cooling fans with intelligent control functions for remote control and monitoring.
