A cooling AC fan (AC Fan) is a fan that works through a direct supply of alternating current, consumes more power, and does not have magnets or PCBs. Its speed is not as high as DC fans. In terms of price, the price of DC fans of the same grade is higher than that of AC fans, but the price difference between fans of sizes above 1751 is not obvious. Cooling AC fans work by converting electrical energy into electromagnetic, mechanical and kinetic energy with a variety of circuit principles. The fan is technically mature and innovative, featuring heavy-duty characteristics, fluid bead bearing support and superb suction, which enables it to adapt to harsh environments and effectively exhaust dirty air and lower indoor temperatures.


The working principle of the AC fan is that the power supply voltage is alternating, and must rely on the circuit control, so that the two sets of coils work in turn to produce different magnetic fields, the power supply frequency is fixed, the magnetic poles produced by the silicon steel sheet change speed depends on the power supply frequency, the higher the frequency, the faster the rotation speed. The power cord is not divided into positive and negative, the colour is the same, and it is easy to energize.


AC fans are better suited to provide stability and continuous airflow than DC fans, which can expel hot air and inhale cold air, and are suitable for home appliances, air-conditioning systems, industrial equipment, and so on. Although AC fans are more energy-consuming than DC fans, they are energy-saving fans with a long service life that can pass the relevant specification tests of third-party safety certification bodies in Europe and the United States.
